The Bulgarian Windmill Palm is the most cold hardy variety of Windmill Palm. These have been grown from seeds that were produced from Windmill Palms located in Plodiv Bulgaria. The Windmill Palms in Plodiv survived a record low temperature of -17F in 1993!
These Bulgarian Windmill Palms are imported from Florida each spring on request for our customers.
